To handle the autoclave feed of highly abrasive and chemically aggressive media, FELUWA was selected as a technology partner. The project deploys four double hose-diaphragm pumps of the type TGK 200 – 3 DS 100, precisely engineered to meet the demands of the POx process:

By combining flotation, POx, and carbon-in-leach (CIL), only the concentrate enriched with valuable metals undergoes the high-pressure oxidation process. This targeted approach significantly reduces operating costs and lowers CO₂ emissions by approximately 25%.
